First time trying this place. Not a lot of ambiance, it's clear they put all their effort into making delicious and inventive but not gimmicky gourmet af sandwiches. I had the steak and eggs and my partner had the smoked ham and Gruyère with egg. Both we phenomenal. Staff is very nice. Would definitely come back especially on a nice day and sit outside.

You literally can't miss here. We never have at least. 10/10 food! Small, NYC sort of vibing place with kind and quick service!

I ordered the BLB and thought it was tasty, just a little too heavy for me personally. It was a little too much mayo for my taste so it was too rich for me so I needed a bit of hot sauce to cut through it. The sourdough bread was beautifully toasted though and I liked the beets in this. I'd definitely come back to try their other sandwiches and breakfast burrito. I came in between two rushes so I was able to get a table indoors, there were people consistently coming to pick up orders and a few outdoor tables too. Parking was no issue and service was good!

Surprisingly yummy! In the area since our original plan was too long of a wait elsewhere. Great food and service. Went in with a party of 6 and got a table easily. If you like great sandwiches, try this place. Bonus for me was, they have mimosas.

Came here for breakfast sandwiches and boy were they delicious! We had the steak and eggs and the smoked ham sandwich! The bread was so tasty and stayed together while eating the sandwich! The blue cheese on the steak and eggs was so tasty and the perfect combo!

The place is really tasty. Really good and I wanted to give it five stars but for the sandwich something was missing and it hit me. All it needed was the bread to be toasted and it would have been perfect! Overall this place is really good and I'd highly recommend you going

EXCELLENT sandwiches. They really seem to care about ingredients, and all are top quality. It's a small place, and expect to wait a bit for your order, but there are tables/chairs outside to eat/wait. So far I've had the BLT and turkey sandwiches, and both are delicious.

What a great lunch spot! I had the caprese sandwich and a wedge salad and my husband got the Park Kitchen. Yumm, Yumm, Yumm!! All 3 were delicious, nothing needed, nothing added. So filling and refreshing

I've been a customer since they opened their doors. Portland has some excellent sandwich options, but this is my favorite. The Smoked Ham with Gruyere and egg is my go to, that soft bun makes it. Today I tried the Sausage Marinara for the first time and was very satisfied. The roll is crunchy delicious and the links are easy to bite into. And the potato salad makes for a good compliment, good value too. While they offer many condiment choices, I can't say I'm fond of any. Service is usually pleasant with a reasonable wait time.

Still great sandwiches! Finally got that Steak and Egg in pictures! Check it out. Price went up a little to $11.00, but still a good deal in my opinion.
